All right, now that the last blog has you up to date with the struggles and strife of the past ten months of teaching ourselves the ropes of self-publishing, let’s get back to the travel stories shall we. Now where were we? Ah yes. So, it was just after 10am on our first official day of sightseeing for this trip, and we bundled ourselves into the car a little less enthusiastic and a lot more anxious than usual. A short drive later, we were stepping out into the notorious blustery winds of the Bellarine Peninsula in Queenscliff, just outside location number one: Queenscliff Fort. As per usual, we were early for our intended activity, but there was nothing to fear, we whiled away the spare ten minutes slathering on sunscreen and taking a brief walk along the walls.
